served with prosciutto and stewed onions in a fresh plum tomato sauce

with mushrooms and sun-dried tomato sautéed in fresh garlic and extra virgin olive oil

with broccoli florets, fresh tomato, vodka, and a touch of cream

Pollo Francese
breast of chicken dipped in egg batter and sautéed in olive oil, white wine, and lemon butter sauce

Pollo Boschetto
Lightly breaded chicken breast pan fried, and topped with finely chopped endive, arugula, and radicchio, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and lemon

Salmon Sofia
Grilled fillet of Norwegian salmon served with lemon wedge and dijonnaise sauce

Pizza Margherita
Brick oven pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, and fresh plum tomato
